☯️ Dual nature ☯️
We are all dual in nature. We are made up or both positive and negative, feminine and masculine qualities , dark and light, night and day, sun and moon, evil and good, up and down, heaven and hell, angel and demon.
We must accept our dark side, our evil side, our shadows.
We must pay attention not only to the positive and the light.
Creation cannot exist with first being destroyed, creation is formed only through destructive energies aka negative energies.
The more we neglect our dark side, the bigger it grows.
We must find the balance in both and the richness which lies just behind the two.
Our dark side/ shadow self, shows up in our everyday experiences. It may come from how you think about something to someone showing it to you by being your mirror/ you see something you don’t like in the other, it triggers you, it ticks you off. That’s your shadow side. The more you acknowledge, the more sharp and aware you are of these triggers and signs, the more you transcend and ascend.
Use your dark side, your shadow self which consist of ego, anger, hate, resentment, downfalls to fuel your growth and self mastery. They’re just as powerful as the positive side, use these energies wisely.
When angry, fuel this anger into deeper meditation. Fuel it into working out extra hard at the gym, fuel it into writing beautiful songs or journaling. Fuel it into self mastery.
Master your emotions.
Be aware : the higher you go, the more sane you become, the lighter you get, the closer to God, the bigger the light, the bigger the shadow behind you. The bigger the demons, the more evil (your evil side) , the dark forces will come to haunt you.
Bad/ negative/evil etc is completely distorted and misunderstood in modern day society.
We forget that it is part of us, our shadow plays it’s part.
Our shadow is the darkness behind us that helps push us toward the light. How could we grow and become wiser without bad experiences and downfalls?
